Role Description The AI Automation Developer, APIs, Workflow Automation & Business Systems role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the developer designs, builds, and maintains automation solutions that connect AI services, APIs, and business systems to streamline client workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing processes, identifying automation opportunities, developing and testing automation scripts or applications, and integrating third-party tools and platforms.





The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, documenting technical solutions, monitoring performance, and continuously improving reliability and efficiency. The developer will contribute to standards, best practices, and reusable components that support scalable automation across multiple clients and projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience in mapping and optimizing business workflows.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar languages) for building and integrating automation solutions.
- Experience with Quality Assurance, including testing, debugging, and validating automated workflows and integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (e.g., REST, JSON, Zapier, Make, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with AI services and cloud platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with remote and in office team members and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
