nWe are Hiring AGM-HIM Services for Noida Location

nRoles and Responsibilities:

nOversees the daily operations of the coding unit including workload and staffing;

nhiring, disciplining, and performance appraisals; training; and monitoring quality of

nwork.

nDevelops long range and short term goals, objectives, plans, and programs and

nensures they are implemented.

nAssists in planning, developing, and controlling the budget, including staffing costs,

ncapital equipment, and operations of the coding unit.

nEvaluates the impact of innovations and changes in programs, policies, and procedures

nfor the coding unit.

nDesigns and implements systems and methods to improve data accessibility. Identifies,

nassesses, and resolves problems. Prepares administrative reports.

nOversees and monitors the coding compliance program. Develops and coordinates

neducational and training programs regarding elements of the coding compliance

nprogram such as appropriate documentation and accurate coding to all appropriate

nstaff.

nEnsures the appropriate dissemination and communication of regulatory, policy, and

nguideline changes.

nConducts and oversees coding audit efforts and coordinates monitoring of coding

naccuracy and documentation adequacy.





nReports noncompliance issues detected through auditing and monitoring, the nature

nof corrective action plans, and the results of followup audits.

nConducts trend analyses to identify patterns and variations in coding practices.

nReviews claim denials and rejections pertaining to coding and medical necessity issues

nand, when necessary, implements corrective action plan to prevent similar denials and

nrejections from recurring.

nRequired Expertise & Qualification:

nLife Science graduation or any equivalent graduation with Anatomy/Physiology as

nmain subjects.

nMaster's degree in business administration preferred.

n10- 16 years of overall coding experience, out of which a minimum 5 years in team

nhandling of a team size ranging between 100 to 350 team members.

nAny one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPCP from AAPC CCS,

nCCSP, CCA from AHIMA

nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

nStrong managerial, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.

nOutstanding organizational skills.

nHands on Experience in generating reports using MS Office Excel, word and MS power

npoint.
