· Recruit and onboard quality Life Advisors

· Build and expand a strong agency distribution network

· Train, coach, and develop advisors for success

· Improve advisor productivity and activation

· Drive advisor engagement and retention





· Create future leaders within the agency channel

· Partner with branch and sales leaders to achieve business goals

· Graduate in any discipline

· Experience in any Sales role
