About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Admission Head to lead our admissions function across GGSIPU and AKTU programms and drive student enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and achieve annual, monthly and weekly admission targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the admission & counselling team.
- Drive the complete admission funnel: Lead Generation → Counselling → Conversion → Enrolment.
- Improve lead conversion, follow-ups and counsellor productivity.
- Develop and manage education consultants, channel partners and institutional tie-ups.
- Coordinate with Marketing/Digital teams for quality lead generation.
- Monitor admission MIS, conversion ratios and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with GGSIPU & AKTU admission processes and timelines.




- Analyze competitors and identify new markets for student recruitment.
- Report admission performance and forecasts to senior management.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in higher education admissions / education sales / student recruitment.
- Proven track record of achieving admission targets.
- Strong understanding of the higher education admission ecosystem.
- GGSIPU/AKTU admission experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, counselling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Solid communication, analytical and MIS/Excel skills.
- Highly target-oriented, proactive and capable of working under pressure.

We are looking for a hands-on admission leader who can build a high-performing team, strengthen admission channels and deliver measurable enrolment growth.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
