? Academic Manager – Training & Academic Support

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Academic Manager with a strong teaching/academic background to lead teacher training, conduct academic workshops and product demonstrations, and provide academic support to the Sales Team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with School Principals, Coordinators, Teachers, and Sales Teams and should be ready to travel extensively across Rajasthan.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

1.Train, mentor, and support the Sales Team on product knowledge, academic concepts, product demos, presentations, and school communication.

2.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in front of Principals, Coordinators, Teachers, and School Management.

3.Conduct teacher training programs, academic workshops, orientation sessions, and professional development programs for school teachers.

4.Deliver engaging sessions on teaching methodologies, activity-based learning, experiential learning, curriculum implementation, and effective use of academic & digital resources.

4.Accompany the Sales Team during school visits and live demos and provide on-ground academic support.

5.Support the Sales Team in academic discussions, understanding school requirements, curriculum needs, and product positioning.

6.Develop and deliver training modules,



presentations, demo content, and academic communication material.

Build strong professional relationships with Principals, Coordinators, Teachers, and School Management.

Collect school feedback and coordinate with the Academic, Product, and Sales Teams for continuous improvement.

7.Stay updated with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, competency-based learning, experiential learning, and emerging trends in school education.

8.Travel extensively across Rajasthan for school visits, product demonstrations, teacher training, workshops, and sales-team support.

⭐ Mandatory Requirements

Teaching/Academic experience is mandatory.

Experience in teacher training, workshops, academic presentations, or product demonstrations is highly preferred.

Must be confident in presenting and conducting sessions in front of Principals, Coordinators, and Teachers.

Must be comfortable training and mentoring the Sales Team.

Must be ready to travel extensively across Rajasthan.

Good understanding of school curriculum and teaching-learning practices.

Basic to valuable knowledge of NEP 2020 and NCF 2023.

Excellent communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.

Candidates from teaching, academic coordination, curriculum, educational publishing, EdTech, or teacher-training backgrounds will be preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
