The role involves handling prospective students, conducting follow-ups, converting leads into admissions, and supporting academic sessions and related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in sales and student interaction. ✅ Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline Experience: 1 year of experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply Malayalam: Proficient English: Preferred Hindi/Tamil: Added advantage Technical Skills Basic computer operations Comfortable with Google Sheets and CRM software Ability to handle online communication and documentation Key Responsibilities Handle leads and follow up with prospective students.

Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions. Coordinate and host webinars or academic sessions as scheduled. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.



Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Provide regular daily/weekly updates to the Team Leader or Management. Support ongoing sales and academic administrative activities. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute proactively to team goals.

Work Structure Work Type: Onsite Probation: 3 Months Performance Review: Based on sales conversions, target achievement, task completion, attendance, and overall responsibility execution.

Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month Incentives: Performance-based Total Earning Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month ?
