nEver wonder who makes the awards for the famous award shows? Maybe you haven't, but we make most of them! It's not just red carpet events, but also amazing corporations that you use every day, famous brands, technology and social media companies, fashion brands, sports, everything where a luxurious award may be wanted.

nWe are actively seeking a 3D Designer that will report directly to the Creative Director and be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-end luxury design and aesthetics for awards and consumer products.

Your responsibilities will include a range of activities from concept to launch. While you do not have to be an expert designer with many years of experience, you do need to have an excellent sense of aesthetic intelligence for luxury goods and style. We are seeking someone who can contribute creatively to the design process and not simply execute established concepts. We will teach you the rest including our methodology for creative design.

nWhat You'll Be Doing:

nSupport creative director in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering, animation, motion graphics, ad- banners, photo retouching, and social media.

nEffectively conceptualize and communicate design strategies to solidify direction and align project expectations.

nContribute creative ideas, aesthetic refinements, and luxury design solutions throughout the design process.

nModel 3D projects from various reference materials, including CAD drawings, sketches, and photography

nMeet all deadlines, budgets, and creative requirements while multitasking on multiple projects.

nEnsure compliance with company brand guidelines and design standards

nRequirements:





nBachelor's Degree in design or visual arts ideally from a premier school

n3+ years of experience in concept art design; ideally 3D design

nDemonstrated ability to contribute original design thinking and creative problem solving, not solely technical execution.

nStrong portfolio that demonstrates both technical 3D capability and sophisticated aesthetic judgment

nWhat Makes You Great for This Role:

nMust have experience in Autodesk Maya or a similar 3D program

nMust have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

nMust have experience in Rendering Software and rendering fundamentals.

nBasic knowledge of ZBrush is a must.

nWillingness to adapt to recent software programs.

nAnimation experience is not required but is a bonus (aftereffects)

nSolid knowledge of polygon and sculpting types of modeling in 3D

nNurb modeling is a huge plus.

nStrong artistic and aesthetic intelligence for luxury goods

nHigh aptitude and willingness to learn our creative process to design

nThe desire to be part of a team and a willingness to accept direction and heavy critique from the creative team.

nunderstanding of art and design fundamentals, lighting, and composition

nWillingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

nStrong attention to detail

nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and team player

nExcellent sense of professionalism and would enjoy representing a luxury brand, its culture, and high standards.
