Maintain clear and skilled communication with customers.
Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 1 year of Voice Process experience (mandatory).
Good International Voice Communication skills.
Robust problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
