Role Overview

n

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to manage and mentor a team of Wedding Sales Consultants. You'll drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and work closely with Design and Operations to deliver seamless wedding journeys.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
n
- Monitor sales metrics, improve conversions, and drive team performance.
n
- Handle client escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Collaborate with Design, Planning, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
n




- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
n
- Track performance, identify process improvements, and share business insights with leadership.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
n
- 3 to 10 years of sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership role.
n
- Experience in weddings, hospitality, events, luxury retail, interior, architecture or lifestyle industries is preferred.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Understanding of customer experience and design aesthetics is a plus.
n
- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
