TECHNICAL COORDINATOR - RECONCILIATION

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong subject matter expertise/ knowledge of NT business (Custody, Investment Operations, etc.
- Demonstrate through examples /evidence strong operations knowledge including secondary review & controls, risks & mitigation




- Demonstrate through examples /evidence excellent written and verbal language skills, ability to independently address technical & non-technicalissues, knowledge share / training sessions conducted, proactively troubleshoot and manage escalations, and work with global teams
- Demonstrate through examples /evidence analytical ability, problem solving, day-to-day task management and escalation of issues
- Working knowledge of Excel including macros/automations within the process
- Sustainable performance demonstrated through examples/evidence, the above listed core skills and competencies in the current role over a period ofat least 24 months
- Serves as a contact for the home location, to provide resolution of complex transactions.
- Responsible for delivery of recs, accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to general queries received from home country, clients and auditors.
