Senior Accounts Executive Company: ATI Travels Private Limited Department: Accounts & Finance Designation: Senior Accounts Executive Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Employment Type: Full time Experience: 3–4 Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Management About the Role ATI Travels Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reconciliations, billing, vendor payments, statutory compliance, MIS reporting and coordination with internal departments, clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, receivables, payables and financial MIS , preferably with experience in the travel, transportation, fleet management, facility management or service industry. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Prepare and verify client invoices, debit notes,



credit notes and supporting documents. Monitor client outstanding payments and conduct regular payment follow-ups. Verify and process vendor bills, purchase invoices and payment requests. Maintain vendor ledgers and conduct regular vendor reconciliation. Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. Conduct customer and vendor ledger reconciliation. Ensure proper accounting of vehicle/fleet-related expenses, operational expenses and other business transactions. Maintain records of expenses, advances, reimbursements and employee claims. Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances . Ensure timely deduction and accounting of TDS and maintain relevant records.
