PREP (Preparation)

- Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities.
n
- Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance.
n
- Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors.
n

PROCESS (Operations)

n

n




- Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement.
n
- Begin independently handling standard clients with straightforward styling needs.
n
- Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout client
n

n

visits.

n

POST (Results)

n

n
- Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial.
n
- Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed.
n
- Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on-floor.
