Position Overview We are seeking a fast-paced, trend-aware Junior Video Editor who understands what captures attention in today's digital market. You will be responsible for cutting high-energy reels, architectural showcase videos, and promotional content optimized for social media engagement and contemporary brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, fast-paced videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, pacing styles, and audio choices that resonate with current digital audiences.
- Design engaging motion graphics, text animations, and seamless transitions to elevate video retention.
- Perform basic color grading, sound design, audio syncing,



and mixing to ensure professional broadcast quality.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to turn raw 3D renders and project footage into viral-ready promotional assets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (proficiency in alternative editing software like CapCut or DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus).
- Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to work quickly and manage tight turnaround times without sacrificing output quality.
- Market Awareness: A sharp eye for contemporary editing styles, pacing, and visual hooks that perform well on modern social platforms.
- Portfolio: A demonstrable reel showcasing short-form video editing, motion graphics, and dynamic pacing.
