About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and confident Outbound Calling Executive to join our Customer Support / Operations team.
The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, complete address verification, customer availability confirmation, and return request management .
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills , a professional telephone manner, and prior experience in outbound calling, telecalling, customer support, order confirmation, or a similar customer-facing role .
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation .
- Verify the customer's complete delivery address, contact details, and other required information .
- Confirm the customer's availability and willingness to receive the order .
- Handle and coordinate customer return requests as per company policies.




- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Follow up with customers to complete order confirmation or return-related processes .
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, order confirmations, and return requests .
- Escalate customer issues, exceptions, or concerns to the relevant team.
- Meet daily calling, productivity, and quality targets .
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining call quality.
- Ensure every customer interaction is professional, polite, and courteous .

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, customer support, order confirmation, or a similar role.
- Good English-speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Strong listening and customer-handling skills .
- Ability to clearly communicate and accurately verify customer information.
