Job role: MacOs Administartor Years of experience: 4+ Yrs Location: Bangalore Work Mode: 5 days Work from Office We are seeking an energetic Apple Administrator to work in its ATS, DEX-Device Management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with End Users, IT Departments and Product Teams, requiring good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities - Managing devices (computers & mobiles), updating and deploying applications and policies using Workspace ONE to Adobe’s Apple ecosystem worldwide. - End-to-end administration of WorkspaceONE/Intune UEM environment ensuring security and high availability. - Provide support to Global Service Desk & IT Client services worldwide on the services/solutions designed/offered to Apple users. - Work with vendor support like Apple, Microsoft and Omnissa to diagnose and resolve issues with software and configurations - Work with teams to gather requirements for Application packaging, configuration development. Develop configurations and package application and follow Change Management processes for production release. - Work with security team to ensure that Adobe’s Mac environment is secured.



Requirements - Expert knowledge of macOS & iOS Operating System & its management, including all recent releases. - Hands-on experience managing Macs in an enterprise environment using Omnissa Workspace ONE (preferred), Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune. - Experience packaging macOS applications for distribution via device management solutions like Workspace ONE, Intune, or Jamf Pro. - Experience deploying configuration profiles for whitelisting Kernel and System Extensions, and PPPC profiles. - Experience configuring macOS provisioning with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP). - In-depth knowledge of FileVault encryption and secure token. - Ability to evaluate, recommend and deploy technologies and solutions to Adobe's Apple user base, focusing on productivity, security and user experience. - Experience in Bash/Zsh and Python scripting, while effectively leveraging AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality. - Hands-on experience with AI tools. - Valuable troubleshooting and documentation skills. - Good understanding of networking, and analytical skills for reporting.
