NPosition Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for overall sales of ranges of Flats. Being at a senior leadership role responsible for leading the sales efforts related to residential apartment units within a real estate development. This role involves setting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Head plays a crucial role in driving revenue generation, establishing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the real estate project.

- Develop a strategic sales plan for selling residential apartment units, aligning with the overall project goals and market trends. N

- Lead, coach, and managethe sales team, including sales executives, consultants, and coordinators. N




- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to effectively promote and sell apartment units. N

- Oversee the creation ofa positive and engaging customer experience throughout the sales process. N
