Teleperformance is hiring for Senior Content Developer / Senior Instructional Designer.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
n
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
n
- Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
n
- Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
n
- Solid written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
n

Qualification:

n

n
- Graduate in any discipline.
n
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
n
- Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
n
- Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
n
- Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
n
- Tools Expertise: Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate, Synthesia, etc.
n
