Job Description

We're hiring for a Operations Head role with one of the pioneer in the Indian elevator industry and car parking systems.

The role holds end-to-end responsibility for site execution, service delivery, resource planning, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction across all projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in field operations, a solid technical understanding of elevators and/or automated parking systems, and the ability to manage large, geographically spread teams and multiple concurrent sites.

Qualifications:

n

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; MBA in Operations is a plus.

n

Experience:

n

15–20 years of experience in installation, or operations management, preferably within the elevator, escalator & automated car parking systems, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site operations

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Lead and manage all Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Operations for both Elevators and Parking Systems
n
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to improve installation timelines, service quality, and cost efficiency
n
- Plan and allocate manpower, technicians, supervisors, and resources across sites, ensuring optimum utilization and productivity
n
- Monitor project execution against timelines,



budgets, and quality standards; proactively resolve site-level bottlenecks and escalations.
n
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt complaint resolution, transparent communication, and high service standards
n
- Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and quality standards across all installation and maintenance activities
n
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth project handovers
n
- Build, mentor, and lead a robust operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management of site engineers, technicians, and supervisors
n
- Track key operational metrics, prepare MIS reports, and present operational performance updates to top management
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization across both business verticals
n
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships for installation and maintenance support where required
n
- Ensure adequate spare parts planning and inventory management to minimize downtime for maintenance operations
n
