Required Technical Skill Set – ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM

Job Responsibilities
n
n
- Implement and customize ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro) on ServiceNow
n
- Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirement
n
- Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization
n
- Develop solutions using Business Rules,
Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
n
- Integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors
n
- Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
n
- Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimization
n
n

Experience Range: 5-12 Years
