NJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Integration Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in Workday integrations and solid hands-on expertise in Workday Studio.
NThe ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex Workday integrations across HCM modules and third-party systems. Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders is essential.

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM integrations. N
- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio. N
- Work on inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems. N
- Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs. N




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday integration solutions. N
- Develop integration flows using Workday Studio components such as Assemblies, Services, Transformations, and Launch Parameters. N
- Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON and SOAP/REST technologies. N
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support. N
- Monitor integration events and resolve integration failures and data issues. N
- Work with Workday business processes and HCM data to ensure accurate data exchange. N
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. N
- Prepare technical specifications, integration mappings, test cases, and technical documentation. N
- Participate in deployment, release management, and post-production support activities. N
