NJob Description
nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of overall IT experience and strong experience in managing and delivering complex technology projects within the Capital Markets domain.
NThe ideal candidate should have a robust technical background, excellent project delivery skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership.
NKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from planning through production implementation. N
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans. N
- Lead cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams. N
- Drive project executionusing Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies. N
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets,



and change requests. N
- Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand technical solutions and delivery challenges. N
- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. N
- Provide regular projectstatus, risk, and delivery updates to senior management. N
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, technology governance, quality, security, and release management processes. N
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution. N
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, where applicable. N
- Drive continuous improvement in project and delivery processes. N

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / IT Project Manager. N
- Strong experience handling large and complex technical/software projects. N
