Siddvin RLT, a retail real estate leasing consultancy based in Guwahati, is hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our in-house content team.

We run four Instagram channels, a YouTube channel, a LinkedIn presence, a podcast, and a Dubai real estate advisory vertical.

You will own all of it — strategy, calendar, scripting and performance — and will build and lead a team of a video editor, videographer and graphic designer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and own the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and podcast
- Write reel scripts, hooks and captions in Hinglish and English
- Plan and coordinate video shoots and batch production days
- Produce the company podcast from planning to published clips
- Brief, review and manage video editors and graphic designers
- Track content performance and report weekly to management
- Coordinate with the sales team so enquiries from content are followed up

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing or digital content production




- Proven experience growing an Instagram or YouTube channel
- Excellent writing skills in Hinglish and English
- Experience briefing or managing video editors and designers
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and content analytics
- Comfortable with field shoots and travel within Northeast India
- Graduate in any discipline; marketing or mass communication preferred
- Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / CapCut) is an advantage
