Job Description
The Interface Analyst is responsible for coordinating,
implementing, and supporting healthcare connectivity and interoperability projects between healthcare providers, laboratories, EMR/EHR systems, and internal teams. This role serves as the primary liaison for interface implementations, ensuring timely project delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and successful connectivity outcomes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end interface implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, EMR/EHR vendors, laboratories, and internal teams during interface onboarding and support activities.
