About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our Workplace Interiors team. The role involves transforming architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D visualisations, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.

n

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of corporate workplace interiors, spatial design, materials, lighting, furniture, and composition, along with the ability to interpret design drawings and develop visually compelling environments.

n

You will work closely with Designers, Architects, Project Architects, and the Design Head to bring design concepts to life and support client presentations, design development, and project communication.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for workplace interior projects.
n
- Translate 2D plans, elevations, sketches, mood boards, and design concepts into accurate 3D environments.
n
- Create visualisations for reception areas, workstations, meeting rooms, cabins, collaboration spaces, cafeterias, breakout areas, lounges, and other workplace environments.
n
- Develop appropriate materials, textures, lighting, furniture, accessories, and landscaping elements to achieve the intended design character.
n
- Produce interior perspectives, exterior views, aerial views, detail views, and other visuals required for client presentations.
n
- Create 3D walkthroughs, animations, or immersive visual content when required.
n
- Collaborate with the design team to understand design intent and translate it accurately into visual output.
n
- Maintain accuracy in scale, proportions, furniture layouts, finishes,



materials, lighting, and architectural details.
n
- Prepare multiple design options and visual iterations based on design development and client feedback.
n
- Work efficiently within project timelines and manage multiple visualisation requirements across projects.
n
- Coordinate with architects and designers to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and 3D models.
n
- Maintain and develop a library of 3D furniture, materials, lighting fixtures, accessories, and workplace elements.
n
- Stay updated with current workplace design trends, materials, furniture systems, rendering techniques, and visualisation technologies.
n
- Ensure all final outputs meet the firm's standards for quality, realism, composition, and presentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of interior architecture and workplace design.
n
- Excellent spatial understanding and a strong eye for proportion, scale, composition, materials, and detailing.
n
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
n
- Strong understanding of interior lighting and realistic material representation.
n
- Ability to create visually sophisticated and presentation-ready images.
n
- Positive design sensibility with attention to detail.
n




- Ability to work collaboratively with architects and designers and incorporate feedback effectively.
n
- Strong time-management and ability to work within tight project deadlines.
n
- Good communication and coordination skills.
n

Software Proficiency

n

Strong proficiency in relevant 3D visualisation and design software such as:

- 3ds Max, SketchUp, Corona, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop
n

n

Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualisation, or a related field.
n
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in architectural/interior visualisation, preferably within workplace or commercial interiors.
n
- Experience working on corporate office interiors, commercial interiors, hospitality, or large-scale interior projects is preferred.
n
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior visualisation and rendering work is essential.
