Role: Senior Manager – Publisher Alliances

About the Role
Affinity Global is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager – Publisher Partnerships to accelerate our growth across fintech, utility and other high-value mobile app publishers in Southeast Asia and India.
This is a strategic supply-side partnerships role where you’ll identify, acquire and grow publisher relationships across Affinity’s monetization ecosystem.
You will own the partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and commercial negotiations to onboarding and long-term revenue growth—working closely with Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, Publisher Success and Demand teams.
Success in this role means building a strong publisher pipeline, acquiring strategic partners and driving sustainable revenue growth across Affinity’s supply ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and onboard high-value mobile app publishers onto Affinity’s monetization stack (VEVE, SitePlug, mCanvas and future product offerings).
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of publisher opportunities across Southeast Asia and India.
- Build strategic relationships with publisher stakeholders including Heads of Monetization, Revenue, Growth and Ad Operations.
