The team member we are seeking is a passionate contributor, who will strengthen the existing partnership with a Global Insurer. The role will operate within the service remit of Australia cutting through various life cycle of a commercial GI policy

nExperience: Freshers to min 1 year as a providing GI back-office services to customers.

- P&C; Insurance Process and Insurance product management service experiencen
- Provides insurance back-office services to North America regionsn
- Understands the life cycle of a GI policy clearly between UW and Claims phasesn
- Timely management and resolution of chasers/escalations from Onshoren
- Owns and executes transaction processing to meet quality standards.n
- Customer Interaction: participates in customer engagement sessions as an SMEn




- Owns and resolves escalations at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction.n
- Ensures that Compliance standards are met, regarding Data Protectionn
- Adhere to Client specific policies and compliance regulationsn
- Focus on customer service and aim for zero complaintsn
- INS Certifications or equivalent P&C; insurance certifications preferredn
- Exposure to international programs will have an advantagen

nSkills: Excellent interpersonal and comprehension skills, Excellent communication skills in form of oral and email writing

nDomain: Deep understanding of the P&C; Industry, aspiration to develop and establish a career in the P&C; industry

nTechnical Skills: Excellent in MS Office suite
