Profile: - Virtual Relationship Manager

Job Location:- Thane West

Salary:- 4.50 LPA (Plus upto 35K incentives monthly)

Responsibilities :-

n

1.Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular virtual interaction on calls.

n

2.Understand customer banking needs and recommend suitable Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions.

n

3.Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.

n

4.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters.

n

5.Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience.

n





6.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.

n

Requirement :-

- Any Graduate can apply now || No fresher

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Min 1 year Experience Mandatory
n

- On-roll/Banking process exposure

Salary & Perks :-

- Salary: 4,50,000 CTC depends on interview (Plus upto35k incentives monthly)

- 6 week offs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays)
