Position Title: Process Associates

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

- Understand end-to-end insurance business
n
- Analyse and input data into systems / databases
n
- Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
n
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
n
- Daily and weekly reports as per the set process and guidelines.
n
- Achieve Quality, Productivity, and timely delivery as per the deadlines.
n

Qualification and Experience

n

n
- 0-3 years of expertise in Insurance (Property and Casualty preferrable)
n
- Basic excel knowledge such as using VLOOKUP and running pivots
n
- Excellent analytical skills, Willingness to learn new things.
n
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
n
- Customer orientation to meet/exceed the expectations and requirements of customers
n
- Planning and organizing skills to ensure deliveries within defined timelines with accuracy
n
- Ability to stay focused for extended period.
