Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT products and services.
- Sourcing , negotiating and procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, licenses, networking equipment, and related services.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, evaluate bids and negotiate commercial terms.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Manager vendor relationships, contracts , renewals and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor market trends to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience in IT Purchase - Hardware, Software, License renewal, Vendor negotiations etc.
- Candidate with experience in IT industries will be preferred.
