Work Arrangement - Shift (Rotating three-shift schedule: 6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM, 10 PM-6 AM)

What you’ll do
- Production Operations:



Perform elastomer lining and hose building processes including vulcanised neoprene, natural rubber, cold bonded Linatex lining, and autoclave operations on the shop floor.
- Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and inspect surfaces for elastomer application, operate and maintain equipment such as manual rollers, stitchers, and bladders, and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Success Metrics: Deliver high-quality elastomer linings consistently, maintain production schedules efficiently, and adapt quickly to rotating shift patterns while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel; role is primarily shop floor based in Bangalore.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Fitter, or relevant trade with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in elastomer
