Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a US Market Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective learners and parents in the US market, conducting outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to explain Codeyoung’s courses and value proposition. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including follow-ups, demos scheduling, handling inquiries, and closing enrollments while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.



The role also includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new learners. The Sales Executive is expected to meet and exceed sales targets, analyze performance data, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in end-to-end inside sales or business development, preferably for international (US) markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage parents and learners through calls, emails, and online demos.
- Proficiency in using CRM and productivity tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on performance.
- Ability to work with data, analyze conversion funnels, and adapt sales strategies based on insights and feedback.
