About Dofy

Dofy is a re-commerce company that buys used smartphones and gadgets directly from customers through online valuation and doorstep pickup. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to build creator partnerships and generate brand awareness, leads and customer orders.

Role Overview

The candidate will manage Dofy’s complete influencer marketing process—from discovering suitable creators and negotiating commercial terms to coordinating content, tracking results and measuring campaign profitability.

This position requires hands-on influencer marketing experience. Experience in smartphones, electronics, e-commerce, retail, D2C or re-commerce will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable influencers on Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Build partnerships with technology, lifestyle, finance, local-city and regional-language creators.




- Find Chennai and Tamil Nadu micro and nano influencers for location-based campaigns.
- Contact influencers and manage complete campaign communication.
- Negotiate paid collaborations, barter deals, packages and long-term partnerships.
- Check influencer authenticity, audience demographics, engagement quality and previous campaign performance.
- Create campaign briefs, content ideas, scripts, offers and clear deliverable requirements.
- Coordinate reels, videos, stories, posts, reviews, store visits and user-generated content.
- Ensure content correctly explains Dofy’s used-gadget selling and doorstep pickup service.
- Manage content approval and ensure influencers publish according to schedule.
- Track influencer links, coupon codes, leads, orders, conversions and campaign costs.
- Calculate cost per lead, cost per order and return on campaign investment.
- Maintain an organised influencer database with contact details, rates, category
