nAbout the Role
nAs a Senior Export Sales / International Business Development professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies, expanding our global customer and distributor network, and driving sustainable revenue growth across key international markets.
nResponsibilities

- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets.n
- Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, agents, and clients across different geographies.n
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.n
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities,



and regulatory requirements in target countries.n
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with overseas buyers/agents.n
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, trade regulations, and country-specific requirements.n
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of export orders.n
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis for management review.n
- Monitor payments, credit terms, and resolve any commercial disputes with clients.n

nQualifications

- n
- 8+ years of proven experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.n
- Experience in Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, Health & Wellness, or related industries preferred.n
- Solid track record of developing international markets and achieving sales targets.n
