- Oversees the execution of functional standards and best practices and provide technical assistance to the members of their Chapter.
- Responsible for the quality of the code repository where applicable.
- Acts as a conduit for the wider domain strategy, for example technical standards.
- Prioritises and makes available capacity for technical debt.
- This role is around capability building, it is not to own applications or delivery.
- Design and develop advanced iOS applications for smartphones and tablets, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Translate design specifications and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Implement best practices for mobile application development, including code optimization,



performance tuning, security and memory management.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following coding standards and architectural principles.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security through continuous testing, debugging, and refactoring.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in iOS development, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate mobile applications with server-side APIs and services.
