Vanee Ventures is a bootstrapped D2C house of brands based in Bhopal. We run 6 Shopify brands across home, kitchen, organisers, wellness and lifestyle — built and scaled entirely in-house by a 13-person team. No agency, no outside funding, no layers of management. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own day-to-day Meta Ads campaigns across multiple brands — structure, budgets, audiences, placements

• Launch and scale new products from testing budget to profitable spend

• Watch ROAS, CPP, CTR, AOV and contribution margin daily, and act on them — not just report them

• Work with the creative team on ad angles, hooks and UGC briefs; kill what doesn't work fast

• Manage the testing pipeline: creative tests, audience tests, offer tests — one variable at a time

• Reconcile ad spend against actual delivered revenue (COD and prepaid separately), not just platform-reported numbers

• Keep campaign data clean in Google Sheets so decisions come from numbers, not gut

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





• 1-3 Years of hands-on Meta Ads experience on e-commerce or D2C accounts — you should have personally run the account, not supervised someone who did

• Comfortable with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, pixel/dataset basics and Events Manager

• Understand D2C unit economics: CAC, ROAS, AOV, contribution margin, and why blended ROAS is not the same as platform ROAS

• Working knowledge of Shopify analytics and Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas)

• Can explain WHY a campaign worked, not just that it did

VALUABLE TO HAVE

• Experience with Indian COD-heavy D2C and how RTO affects real profitability

• Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Have scaled a single product past ₹1 lakh/day ad spend
