Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Management role based in Patna. The HR professional will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for manufacturing and engineering teams.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, administering payroll inputs, leave and attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives to build workforce capabilities. The HR professional will also handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, support organizational culture initiatives, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement activities.

Qualifications
