Role Description
The Entrepreneur in Residence at EDXSO is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities in the K–12 education sector, designing scalable solutions, and leading pilot initiatives within partner schools. Day-to-day activities include market and educational research, developing business models, collaborating with academic and operations teams,



and refining products and services based on feedback and outcomes. The Entrepreneur in Residence will engage with school leadership, present strategic recommendations, support implementation, and track impact metrics to ensure solutions drive measurable improvements. The role also involves mentoring internal teams on innovation practices and contributing to the overall growth strategy of EDXSO.

Qualifications
- Experience in entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, or building new initiatives within education or impact-focused organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking and business modeling skills, including the ability to assess market needs and design viable solutions.
- Background in K–12 education, education consulting, or school improvement initiatives, with understanding of academic and operational challenges.
