We are looking for an experienced Buyer to join our Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, evaluating vendor quotations, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement to support customer and project requirements. The role requires strong technical knowledge of piping products and excellent supplier management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Source materials from approved and reliable suppliers.
- Float RFQs and obtain competitive quotations.
- Evaluate supplier quotations for commercial and technical compliance.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and within defined timelines.
- Obtain supplier order acknowledgements and monitor order execution.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Project Management, Quality, Finance, and Product teams.




- Identify and develop current suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare procurement reports and support cost optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1012 years of experience in Procurement/Buying within Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products
- Experience in supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Oracle or similar preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
