Job Summary

Sangam Prefab is looking for a Sales Coordinator – Sales Operations to support and monitor the sales team by managing sales reports, targets, performance tracking, incentives, commissions, and day-to-day coordination.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in MS Excel/MIS, good at follow-ups, and capable of coordinating with multiple members of the sales team to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports/MIS.
- Collect and consolidate weekly/pre-weekly reports from Sales Representatives.
- Assign and communicate individual and team sales targets in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Monitor sales team performance against assigned targets.
- Follow up with Sales Representatives regarding pending leads, targets, client follow-ups and other sales activities.
- Track enquiries,



conversions, orders, collections and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of TA/DA, incentives and sales commissions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for incentive and commission calculations/payments.
- Schedule and coordinate sales team meetings and review sessions.
- Prepare meeting reports, action points and ensure proper follow-up.
- Provide regular performance updates and reports to the Sales Manager/Management.
- Monitor the sales team's daily activities and ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Coordinate communication between the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives.
- Identify gaps in target achievement and bring them to the attention of the Sales Manager.
- Assist the Sales Manager in sales planning, team coordination and performance reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to the sales team.
