Patient Care & Healthcare Support Executive
, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers seeking assistance. You will handle inbound calls, understand their requirements, assist with appointment coordination, support ambulance-service requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure that urgent situations are escalated through the appropriate channels.

This is a
fully on-site prospect in Belagavi
for individuals who want to build their career in healthcare operations and customer experience.

? Key ResponsibilitiesPatient & Customer Support




- Handle inbound calls from patients/customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand caller requirements and collect accurate information.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Provide assistance according to approved process guidelines.

Appointment Coordination
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Check doctor availability based on the information provided.
- Collect location/ZIP-code details where required.
- Coordinate doctor visits according to the process.

Ambulance & Emergency Support
- Handle ambulance-service requests.
- Collect required emergency and location information.
- Follow the defined emergency escalation procedure.
- Coordinate with the appropriate authorized team/service provider.
- Remain calm and professional during urgent calls.

Call Documentation
- Accurately record call details in the designated system.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer/patient informat
