The ideal candidate will have robust research, prospecting, outreach, and lead-nurturing skills, along with proven experience in managing and mentoring a small lead-generation team.

You will be responsible for building a high-quality sales pipeline by identifying potential international clients, reaching key decision-makers, managing multi-channel outreach campaigns, and ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.

- Identify, research, and qualify potential international B2B clients who may require software, AI, SaaS, web/mobile development, cloud, data, or digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain a high-quality lead database containing companies, decision-makers, contact information, business requirements, and relevant prospect insights.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CMOs, Heads of Engineering and other relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee, guide, and mentor a small team of Lead Generation Associates to achieve daily and weekly lead-generation and qualified-meeting targets.
