Role Description
The Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer will design and deliver interactive NLP-based training programs and workshops for individuals and groups,



aligned with Deep Mind Club Ventures’ focus on mental performance and deep work habits. The trainer will develop structured curricula, training materials, and exercises that apply NLP techniques to real-life challenges such as focus, motivation, habit formation, and procrastination. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting on-site training sessions, facilitating live demonstrations and group activities, providing 1:1 coaching support where needed, and collecting feedback to refine programs. The trainer will collaborate with the psychology and content teams to ensure that NLP methods integrate with existing productivity and mental clarity systems. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune District.

Qualifications
- Formal training and certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming, with practical experience applying NLP techniques in coaching, training, or educational settings.
- Experience designing and delivering workshops, seminars, or courses,
