ABOUT PIXELL ENERGY

Pixell Energy Private Limited builds EV charging stations across India through a franchise network. We are launching across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. This role sits at the centre of our Kochi operations - between our customers, our vendors and our site teams.

THE ROLE

You keep the operation running. Once a franchise partner signs, you are the person who tracks their charging station from paperwork to commissioning - coordinating vendors, electrical contractors, documentation and approvals, and keeping the customer informed at every step.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run day-to-day office administration - records, filing, documentation, vendor coordination and office upkeep
- Track each EV charging station project from agreement to commissioning: timelines, milestones and pending items
- Coordinate between customers, site contractors, electrical vendors and the internal sales team
- Be the customer's point of contact after signing - status updates, queries and complaint resolution




- Maintain trackers and reports in Excel / Google Sheets and share weekly status with management
- Support statutory and utility paperwork (KSEB / electrical approvals, vendor invoices, purchase records)

MUST-HAVE (applications without these will not be considered)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administration, operations or back-office coordination role in an organisation
- Proven ability to run a process end to end and follow up with vendors and customers until a task is closed
- Customer liaison experience - comfortable on the phone and over email with customers
- Good working Excel / Google Sheets and clean written English
- Fluent Malayalam and working English
- Based in Ernakulam / Kochi. This is an in-office role.

VALUABLE TO HAVE
- Experience in a construction, electrical, solar, infrastructure or EV company
- Experience with purchase orders, vendor invoices or statutory paperwork
- Familiarity with CRM or project-tracking tools
