We are looking for a
Project Coordinator – Language Specialist
who combines strong project coordination and organizational capabilities with proficiency in
German, French, Spanish, or Japanese
, in addition to English.

Language Requirement – A Key Part of This Role
We are specifically looking for candidates who are proficient in at least one of the following languages:

German | French | Spanish | Japanese
In addition,



candidates should possess strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates with recognized language qualifications or
B2-level proficiency or above (or equivalent)
are preferred.

About The Role
As a
Project Coordinator – Language Specialist
, you will provide administrative and technical support to global project teams, independently planning, organizing, and coordinating assigned responsibilities.

You will support initial study setup and ongoing study maintenance, maintain systems and database repositories, complete data entry, prepare reports, and collect data for analysis and review.
