is looking for a strong
UI/UX Designer
who can take ownership of digital design projects from initial thinking through to final handover.

We’re looking for someone who combines good visual taste with practical UX thinking – someone who can understand the brief, structure information properly, make sensible design decisions and produce polished interfaces without needing constant direction.

What you’ll do
- Design websites, landing pages and digital interfaces from concept to final UI
- Create wireframes, user flows, page structures and high-fidelity designs
- Translate business and user requirements into clear, intuitive experiences
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Review developed pages and identify inconsistencies or usability issues
- Improve existing websites through stronger UX, hierarchy and visual design
- Work across desktop, tablet and mobile experiences
- Collaborate with our creative, brand and marketing teams




- Present and explain design decisions clearly
- Take ownership of projects rather than waiting for detailed instructions at every stage

What we’re looking for
- Strong command of
Figma
- Solid understanding of UI design, UX principles and responsive design
- Strong visual sense: typography, spacing, hierarchy, grids and composition
- Ability to create clean, contemporary and commercially effective interfaces
- Experience designing websites and landing pages
- Understanding of user journeys, conversion and usability
- Experience working with developers and preparing proper handover files
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback, challenge weak ideas when necessary and improve the final outcome
- A portfolio that demonstrates actual design thinking, not just attractive mock-ups
