Role Description
The Production Operations Head (Unit Head) will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a pharmaceutical unit specializing in ointments,



sprays, oral solid dosage (OSD), inhalers, and eye drops. This full-time, in office role based in Baddi involves planning and overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to GMP, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role includes optimizing production schedules, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement to meet output, cost, and quality targets. The Unit Head will provide leadership to cross-functional teams, coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, and supply chain, and ensure smooth plant operations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic decisions related to capacity expansion and process enhancement.

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including production planning, process optimization, and compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standard
