About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
with solid hands-on experience in
Pega Smart Dispute / Dispute Management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and architectural leadership, designing scalable Pega solutions, and guiding development teams on complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of
Pega Smart Dispute / Dispute Management
solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Pega development teams.
- Design and review Pega applications, case types, workflows, integrations, and data models.
- Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices, architecture standards, and performance guidelines.
- Work closely with business stakeholders,



product owners, and technical teams.
- Design and oversee integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs
and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide appropriate architectural solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and mentor senior developers and architects.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills
- 8–15 years of overall Pega experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in
Pega Smart Dispute / Dispute Management
.
- Pega LSA Part 1 certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Pega architecture and
Case Management
.
- Good understanding of Pega application design, rule resolution, integrations, and performance tuning.
- Experience with
REST/SOAP, APIs, data modeling, and enterprise integrations
.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing complex Pega solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder
