Role Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, building robust customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of Savera Furniture. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Bhubaneswar and involves overseeing retail and institutional sales, guiding customers through product selections, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales data, develop sales strategies, support promotional activities, and collaborate with marketing to generate leads. Regular interaction with clients, interior designers, and corporate partners is expected to identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships.
