Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role for a beverage company at Hill Farm Organics, based in Palampur and covering Punjab and Delhi/NCR. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and onboarding current retail,



HoReCa, and distribution partners, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day activities include visiting outlets, presenting product ranges, conducting tastings, negotiating terms, and ensuring optimal product display and stock levels. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, collecting customer feedback, and sharing insights with the marketing and product teams. The Salesperson will also prepare sales reports, track targets, and coordinate with internal operations to support timely deliveries and promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in FMCG, beverages, or natural/health food products, preferably in Punjab and Delhi/NCR.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage retail partners, distributors, and end customers.
- Ability to plan routes, manage a sales territory
