SAP S/4HANA Transformation – Production Planning / Quality Management Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA PP / QM Consultant
to support
end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects
. The consultant will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect and contribute to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post–go-live stabilization of
Production Planning (PP)
and
Quality Management (QM)
processes.

This role focuses on
hands-on functional delivery
across manufacturing and quality processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
SAP PP & QM Configuration
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PP processes including:
- Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings)
- Demand Management and MRP
- Production Orders and Process Orders
- Capacity Planning and Production Execution
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA QM processes including:
- Inspection Planning and Inspection Types
- Quality Notifications and Defect Management




- Usage Decisions and Results Recording
- Quality Certificates and Batch Management (where applicable)

S/4HANA Transformation Support
- Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations.
- Apply S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications and innovations.
- Assist in Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification.

Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration
- Work closely with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Support integration across Procure-to-Produce and Plan-to-Produce processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, interfaces) for RICEFW objects impacting PP/QM.

Testing & Data Migration
- Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for PP and QM scenarios.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, and business user clarification.
- Assist with data migration validation for manufacturing and quality master data and open transac
